Made with Dandelion Chocolate

Dandelion Chocolate products are made to allow you to enjoy the pure flavor of the original cacao.
Made using only single-origin cocoa beans and organic cane sugar.
Another feature is that it is made without the addition of cocoa butter or dairy products.
Furthermore, all processes, including bean selection, roasting, grinding, tempering, molding and packaging, are done by hand.

After many trial and error attempts, we arrived at the current recipe.
To achieve a firm texture on the outside and a smooth, creamy texture on the inside in a small canelé mold, our skilled craftsmen check the texture visually and adjust the time in 10-second increments.

Canelé fondant chocolate

This chocolate is made with Hokkaido butter and fresh cream, and single-origin chocolate "Zorzal Communitario, Dominican Republic 70%" with a sharp, bitter taste that combines sourness and richness.
To finish, a mist of chocolate (Pistole Chocolat) is drizzled on top.
Contains 6 different flavors.

"MORE" TERRINE CHOCOLAT

More Chocolate Terrine

This single-origin chocolate is made with only cocoa beans and cane sugar, with a 70% cocoa content, and a gorgeous berry-like acidity.
It is based on Maya Mountain, Belize 70%, which has a refreshing aftertaste.

The texture of the honey-boiled red beans sprinkled with French Guérande salt adds a touch of saltiness, creating a layered flavor that will make you want to eat another piece!
