LA発、卵料理専門店「eggslut（エッグスラット）」が京都四条に関西初上陸！
京都の伝統食材を取り入れた限定メニュー「西京焼きチキン×だし巻き卵サンド」をはじめ、LAスタイルの本格的な卵料理をご提供します。
EGGSLUT, an egg specialty restaurant from LA, has landed in Shijo, Kyoto for the first time in the Kansai region!
We offer authentic LA-style egg dishes including a limited menu “Saikyo-yaki Chicken x Dashimaki Tamago Sandwich” which incorporates traditional Kyoto ingredients.
■eggslutのLAスタイル卵サンドと京都産食材との融合「西京焼きチキン×だし巻き卵サンド」が登場！
関西初出店となる「eggslut 京都店」では、オープンを記念し、京都店限定メニュー「THE KYOTO」を販売いたします。
京都の食文化とeggslutのブランドコンセプトである「シンプルかつ高品質な卵料理」の融合をテーマに開発されたメニューで、西京味噌に漬け込んでじっくりと焼き上げた丹波あじわいどりを主役に、京都の代表的な食材であるだし巻き卵、茄子の煮びたし、九条ネギを合わせ、ふんわりとした食感が特長のブリオッシュバンズでサンドしました。
卵の濃厚なコクと、京都らしい繊細でやさしい味付けが絶妙に調和し、京都らしさとeggslutのLAスタイルが融合し、上品かつ一体感のある味わいをお楽しみいただけます。
観光のお供にはもちろん、地元のお客様の日常の朝食やブランチにもおすすめの一品です。
また、宇治の抹茶を使用したプリンも京都店限定で販売。抹茶プリン、抹茶わらび餅と黒蜜の相性抜群！八つ橋で掬って食べるのもおすすめです。
To celebrate the opening of its first store in the Kansai region, eggslut Kyoto will sell “THE KYOTO,” a menu item exclusive to the Kyoto store.
The menu was developed based on the theme of fusing Kyoto's food culture with egg cuisine of the eggslut brand concept of “simple yet high quality egg dishes.” The main ingredient is Tanba Ajiwai Dori, which is marinated in Saikyo miso and slowly grilled, combined with typical Kyoto ingredients such as dashimaki egg, boiled eggplant and kujo leeks, The sandwich is made with a brioche bun featuring a fluffy texture.
The richness of the egg and Kyoto's delicate and gentle flavors are in perfect harmony, and the combination of Kyoto and eggslut's LA style provides an elegant and unifying taste.
We recommend this dish not only as an accompaniment to sightseeing, but also for daily breakfast and brunch for local customers.
Puddings using Uji's matcha green tea are also available exclusively at the Kyoto store. Matcha pudding and matcha strawbutter mochi with molasses are a perfect match! We also recommend scooping it up and eating it with a yatsuhashi.

A special Kyoto-inspired event will be held on the opening day only, Tuesday, June 18, 2025.
On the day of the event, customers who purchase a qualifying set that includes a Kyoto-only menu item will be offered the privilege of having their photo taken with a maiko (apprentice geisha).
